Terms and Conditions

We do NOT accept any refunds or exchanges, due to the nature of the product being a hire product. 

50% non refundable deposit is to be made at the time of booking, if you need to cancel for whatever reason, we understand things may come up, we will use the deposit to go towards your next booking.

Cancellations to be made at least 24 hours  prior to the time of your event, as we are a very busy business.
Upon pickup, the products must be in the condition it was delivered in. This includes no marks or stains of any kind. No damaging of the bubble house, or the other objects used.

You must sign a declaration at setup.

There MUST be adult supervision at all times.

The second door on the bubble house must be shut at all times, this is to avoid deflation.

No sharp objects inside or around bubble house

No food or drink in the bubble house 

No shoes to be worn 

At the event of any damage or loss to the bubble house and its contents, you must pay to replace that product at full cost.
